Yogi Adityanath: The Name We Know, The Man We Don't.

March 21, 2017

Ajay Singh Bisht born in the village of Panchur in Uttar Pradesh (Now part of Uttarkhand) was the son of Anand Singh Bisht, a lone forest nomad. Studied in a government school and later went on to complete the Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics in HNBG University in Uttar Pradesh. He was influenced by his comrades in his college to join the Ayodhya Movement. Soon in 1990s came under the influence of Mahant Avaidyanath, became his disciple and later changed his name to Yogi Adityanath. After his Guru's death he became the Mahant of his Gorakhpur Matt. He is one of the most successful politicians of India. He has reached the Pinnacle of Pride amongst the denizens of the Gorakhpur constituency.

Starting at the age of 26, he became the M.P of Gorakhpur and has kept the strings intact by occupying the same position till date. Currently aged 44, has become the second youngest Chief Minister of U.P . Uttar Pradesh, if had been a separate country, would have been the fifth largest country in the world. Vast experience is required to control law and order in these states and this can be achieved only by powerful leaders. Yogi Adityanath is a person possessing strict command over his cadre and good control elsewhere. He runs the most disciplined Matt(a religious forum) in India.

Many claim that Yogi is Pro-Hindutva Leader, it is absolutely true.(Can anyone claim that Assauddin Owaisi is not a pro-Muslim leader?) He is a hindu by birth and a staunch supporter of Hinduism. He is a sanyasi and has been in the good books of many RSS, BJP leaders which endowed him the blessings of being the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh. However some claim that he is anti-muslim which is not absolutely true. This link :

is a link to an article which was published in the Times of India Newspaper. The reporter had brought into light the fact that many muslims were serving in the Matt. Yasin Ansari a muslim has worked closely with the Yogi, he takes care of the ledger books of the Matt and sees to that all the cows are well-fed in the Matt. In real he virtually runs the Matt during the absence of Yogi Adityanath.

Rajdeep Sardesai (Editor)  has raised concerns against the appointment of Yogi as the C.M of U.P. Few other stalwarts too adulated his claims. Barkha Dutt has openly claimed that Yogi should not be the C.M for a state with a 20% muslim population. Adityanath will prove all wrong. Given some time to prove himself, he will emulate himself as an able leader.Initially, when Modi had became the Chief Minister of Gujarat in 2001 he was criticized by the very same prestituites . But he transformed the state and the same will happen in U.P. We have to be reticent and pertinent to see results.
